• By participating in our events, you agree that Sportzilla Club may use photos and videos of the events for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be featured in media, please inform our staff.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 4 days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.
